  I was extremely disappointed in the customer service by this company. I was told they would call back to schedule measuring in my home the next day, I received the return call three days later. In addition to not even feeling welcome by them over the phone and in their store, they were extremely resistant to accommodate our wants for remodeling our newly purchased home. I received a bid from another local contractor, who was extremely friendly and willing to please, within 24 hours. AE Howard made me feel as though I didn't have enough money to warrant their services. In addition, I received a phone call from them two days after they took measurements in our home telling me they opted not to take us as a customer, and they would not provide me with a bid for the job I had requested. There are other contractors for tile and flooring in Enid, Oklahoma. So, unless you want to be treated in the fashion I described above - I would HIGHLY recommend using someone else. I can't even rate the quality of the work they do, as I was not even given the option to find that out. A very big disappointment......
