  No matter where they move the store or who they have working, there is never satisfactory service. From when I first switched to T-Mobile a couple years ago and had to deal with the rude, incompetent manager not knowing how to port over my line to my wifes existing account or how to assist with transfering my data from one phone to another to giving me the wrong color phone to snapping at my wife for asking questions she was too ignorant to answer. In fact she had to have a coworker help us finish the process. Fittingly he too didn’t know how to make sure ALL of my stuff transferred. Most recently they refused to accept THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT back despite me being instructed by T-Mobile to take it to the store to return it!!! They offered no explanation as to why they wouldn’t take their own equipment back. Just a simple “no, you have to mail it back.”
